Washington Open Champions

Washington Open Champions
Research for this list was a team effort by Rusty Miller & John Donaldson. The info is for the years 1992 to present from the US Chess website (except 2020 when tournament was held online). If you want to look at the crosstables go to: http://www.uschess.org/msa/AffDtlMain.php?T5014247, which has info on Washington Chess Federation sponsored events. Number of sections includes extra sections, blitz, etc., as reported in US Chess crosstable. Number of players is total of all sections (includes duplicate counting, mostly of blitz players, for 2020). Winners are for the top (open) section only. Multiple winners indicate that all were tied with the same score, before applying any tiebreaks.
